California seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to implement a new statewide longitudinal data system, called the Cradle-to-Career Data System. The ideal candidate has California-specific education policy knowledge, a demonstrated commitment to providing data that advances equity and outcomes for underserved communities, and provides leadership for a data-centric enterprise and growing a team. The Executive Director position is exempt from civil service and is located in Sacramento, California, with the option of working remotely part-time with the ability to travel to Sacramento frequently. The Executive Director is hired by the Governing Board and serves at its pleasure.
